With the approach of Hurricane Florence, Teleflex is executing an emergency product ordering process to ensure our service to you is maintained before, during, and after this storm.

As of Tuesday, September 11, it is predicted that the Teleflex Customer Service Operations Center in Morrisville, North Carolina will be impacted by Hurricane Florence when the storm makes landfall on September 13. There is a strong likelihood this could impede our ability to process manual orders (email, phone and fax) in a timely manner. Electronic orders (EDI) will not be impacted.

To minimize any product ordering disruption for our customers, we are requesting that you place emergency orders prior to 5 p.m. Wednesday September 12. These orders should accommodate five to seven days of normal ordering patterns. Use your standard ordering process to make the transaction.

At Teleflex, people are at the center of all we do. Situations like this are no different. The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities are our highest priority. Please know that our team members will continue to work together in servicing healthcare providers to the very best of our ability so that Teleflex products are there when you need them. At the same time, we will ensure the safety and well-being of our employees who are in the storm’s path.
