What We Offer
Immediate Access to Products
Having immediate access to products offers crucial benefits in time-sensitive situations. It ensures rapid availability of essential items such as medical supplies, materials or equipment, minimizing downtime and preventing operational disruptions. This quick access can reduce the risk of prolonged shortages and allow organizations to respond promptly to emergencies.
Dedicated Warehouse Space
Having dedicated warehouse space offers significant advantages for preparedness and efficiency. It ensures that critical supplies are securely stored and readily accessible when needed, reducing the risk of shortages during emergencies. This arrangement also allows for better inventory management, as products can be stored in optimal conditions and monitored regularly.
Inventory Management & Reporting
All inventory is managed through Claflin ALM’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), with reports provided to you on a weekly or monthly basis. Inventory is managed using either FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out), as specified by the hospital. Your owned inventory is kept separate from other products and is available for shipment or inspection at a moment’s notice. Additionally, Claflin ALM is available to assist your organization in sourcing products if needed.
