Claflin is actively working with The United States Trade Representative (USTR) through Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) on mitigating any disruption of supplies due to the recently released fourth list of products which will be subject to a 25% tariff.

We are gathering data concerning the following factors.

1.       What products on the 4th tariff list that is about to be raised to 25% are products put in Kits? 
2.       If there are some, what percentage is made in China and would we as the supply chain anticipate any disruptions?
3.       Are there other products on the 4th list where there is no viable alternative supply and we anticipate disruptions?
