Claflin is a pioneer in the use of Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory techniques in the healthcare industry. JIT reduces customer inventory and touch points while still maintaining immediate access to needed products. Claflin has selected and implemented a voice-directed picking system for our order processing, which eliminates paper orders and offers a hands-free picking process. All Claflin deliveries are same or next day.

ISO is adherence to established quality standards in the servicing of our customers. All quality assurance and process control procedures are governed by ISO standards.
